- Academic presentation by Mehmet Ali on earthquakes and disaster risks
- Informative session on the impact of the earthquake in Hatay Province
- Overview of post-earthquake response, recovery, and reconstruction activities
- Question and answer session
Day 3 – Visit to AFAD (Disaster and Emergency Management Authority)
- Official visit to the AFAD institution
- Presentation on AFAD’s mission, organizational structure, and responsibilities
- Information on disaster preparedness, emergency response, and recovery operations
Day 4 – Post-Earthquake Urban Studies and Cultural Visit
- Field observation of post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction works in the city
- Examination of urban rehabilitation and resilience-building efforts
- Visit to the Antakya Archaeology Museum
- Guided tour on cultural heritage preservation
